CPS has successfully undertaken several large projects in Siem Reap in recent years, predominantly for entrepreneurs looking to design and construct high-end, luxury accommodation to house increasing numbers of foreign visitors. CPS is usually selected for this kind of project when high technical standards and strong project management are required. However, despite having a large portfolio of similar, successfully completed projects, the construction of the Lotus Angkor Hotel, with more than 100 elegant rooms set in landscaped gardens containing a 25 meter pool, represented a significant challenge for CPS. |
