Amansara is an exclusive retreat with 12 luxury suites and was once the guest villa of King Norodom Sihanouk. Its name derives from the twinning of the words ‘Aman’ (Sanskrit for peace) and ‘Apsara’ (heavenly Hindu nymphs). The Resort is situated in Cambodia’s tourist capital, Siem Reap. A recent and dramatic increase in tourists to this town has inspired a rush to construct high-end accommodation in which to house them.
In such a competitive market every detail of design and construction counts and international standards, and nothing less, are required
