CPS is currently structured to provide experienced expatriate management in key positions within the company. There responsibilities are to supervise, co-ordinate and develop the skills of the staff and to provide quality assurance on all jobs. Between the management and the local staff there are local engineers who provide high levels of supervision and ensure the smooth progression of works.

Most of our local staff have been with the company since its inception and have been trained to the high standards with which CPS operates. CPS works hard at continuously developing the staff skill levels with training programs and by employing external organizations to send qualified international experts to conduct intensive courses.
